Lissette directs the L Makeup Institute & Agency. She takes a hands-on approach as an instructor as well as trains every teacher to ensure that the artist's education is not only one of quality, but also one that embodies the creative spirit of the company. L Makeup Institute & Agency offers intensive courses in all types of makeup – cinema, stage, fashion, artistic and retail cosmetics; covering topics for every style of makeup, from basic to totally outlandish. To complement the curriculum, specialized outside professionals – photographers, hairstylists, cameramen – share their expertise during workshops and demonstrations.
